VACCINATION INFORMATION
Anyone 12 years of age or older is now able to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are available to individuals age 18 and older. The following clinics are currently available to those meeting age requirements based on the manufacturer’s guidance and who live or work in Champaign County. Parental consent is needed for anyone under the age of 18.

- Pfizer vaccinations available Thursday (5/13) and Thursday (5/20) from 3:00 – 7:00 PM
- Use the following QR code to schedule your appointment, or walk-up during event hours.
- First-dose appointments (Pfizer) at Kohl’s Plaza will be:
- Friday (5/14) and Saturday (5/15) from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday (5/16) from 8:00 AM – noon
- Monday (5/17) from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday (5/14) and Saturday (5/15) from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Walk-in appointments available each Friday from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Individuals or families with special needs or disabilities who need support with vaccine clinics, please call (217) 531-5365 and a nurse will come to your vehicle to provide the vaccination.
