It can be especially difficult to make adjustments to your schedule and avoid things you normally enjoy or find purpose in (like visiting others, working, etc.). Day to day life has changed significantly the past year. Many of us have struggled to remain social amongst the pressures and restrictions of this pandemic. Whether you are vaccinated and rebuilding connections, continuing to practice social distancing or quarantined, remember that your relationships are vital. Feeling disconnected from friends, family, and colleagues can be isolating.
